I aim to help you to have a special retreat, to enjoy not only the beautiful surroundings and peace of the Taurus Mountains, but to learn new skills to enable you take responsibility for your personal growth and move on in your life journey.

My Qualifications
I am a qualified Nurse (SRN) Midwife and Health Visitor. I have a Diploma in Counselling and Hypnotherpy, and a Certificate in Education. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and an EFT Practitioner. I have studied meditation and attended many other courses and updates over the years to gain a variety of skills enabling me to work as an Holistic Therapist.
I am a Master/Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation, registered with AAMET and hold full insurance.
The Venue in Turkey
Following several years of friendship with the owner of Mountain Lodge near Tlos in Turkey it seemed to be the ideal place to set up and run Holistic Holidays. Visitors return year after year for the peace, tranquility, good food, and fantastic hospitality of the owner Melahat, known to her friends as Mel. Mountain Lodge has featured not only in the Guardian, but can be seen in the 'Lonely Planets Guide'.
I invite you to a week long Holistic Retreat in this small boutique hotel in the mountains of Southern Turkey, and offer a place to unwind, have fun, take time out for yourself or join in with others learning new ways to improve your own life. This is now our second season and we wish to build on our success.
Cost
The Price of £450 (when 2 travel together) £525 if travelling alone includes a week's full board, transfers from Dalaman airport to the hotel, all training and a free personal therapy session. You may join in any of the group activities from learning EFT, how to meditate and use self hypnosis to working with the healing energy of Reiki. The Course
As the course leader, I am a qualified Nurse, Teacher, EFT Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Counsellor; meaning you can rest assured that you are in good hands at all times.I have worked within the NHS for over 30 years with thousands of clients and within the world of Complementary Therapy for the last 5 years.
I have combined the use of a number of therapies to enable clients participating in the retreat to gain as much experience as possible in learning to use new tools to move forward and be able to put into practice what they have learnt when dealing with life.
